Spinach Fondue Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Cream cheese |
1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Sour cream |
3 1/2 oz | 99g | Spinach - frozen, chopped |
Drained well | ||
4 oz | 113g | Water chestnuts - lightly |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Onions - chopped |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic oil or juice |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
2 | Hot pepper sauce |
At medium speed, blend cream cheese and sour cream thoroughly.
Add remaining ingredients and blend. Refrigerate 2-3 hours. To serve, place mixture in casserole and heat through.
Serve with crusty French or Italian bread. Serves 6-10
