Spinach Fondue

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozCream cheese
1 1/4 cups 296mlSour cream
3 1/2 oz 99gSpinach - frozen, chopped
  Drained well
4 oz 113gWater chestnuts - lightly
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozOnions - chopped
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlGarlic oil or juice
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
2   Hot pepper sauce

Recipe Instructions

At medium speed, blend cream cheese and sour cream thoroughly.

Add remaining ingredients and blend. Refrigerate 2-3 hours. To serve, place mixture in casserole and heat through.

Serve with crusty French or Italian bread. Serves 6-10
