Broccoli And Bits-O-Barley Bake Recipe - Cooking Index
1/3 cup | 78ml | Am bits-o-barley |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Water |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Sea salt - (optional) |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Shredded monterey jack |
1 | Cream of broccoli soup |
Combine all ingredients except soup and cheese in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 2-3 minutes. Add soup (undiluted) and cheese, bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 F. or until mixture is heated through.
SUGGESTION: Add some sauteed onions, bell pepper, celery or spices of your choice.
