Spinach - Romano Appetizer

Recipe Ingredients

2   Frozen chopped spinach thawed and well drained
2 cups 292g / 10ozBreadcrumbs
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozOnion - - finely chopped (large)
4   Eggs - beaten
3/4 cup 148g / 5.2ozButter - melted
  Freshly ground - pepper to taste
4 oz 113gGrated Romano cheese

Recipe Instructions

Mix breadcrumbs with spinach; add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Chill in refrigerator; when cold, form into 1 inch balls and bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for about 20 minutes at 375F; drain on paper towels.

If desired, roll balls in additional Romano cheese while hot;
