Spicy Shrimp Crisps Recipe - Cooking Index
3/4 lb | 340g / 11oz | Cooked shrimp - chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Green onions, finely chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Red bell pepper, finely chopped |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Seasoned salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Parsley flakes |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dry mustard |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Celery seed |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Water |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Olive oil |
1 | Egg white | |
6 | Sandwich bread - lightly toasted | |
Mayonnaise |
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine first 10 ingredients.
Trim crusts from bread slices and spread lightly with mayonnaise.
Spoon shrimp mixture evenly over bread slices.
Cut each slice into four triangles.
Place triangles on a large baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Serve immediately.
