4 cups | 584g / 20oz | Cheddar cheese - grated |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - finely chopped (medium) |
2 | Garlic - minced | |
6 | Jalapeno peppers - chopped | |
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Green onion - chopped |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic salt |
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Stir until well blended.
Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend before serving.
