Spicy Green Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Vegetable stock | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Olive oil | 
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - chopped | 
| 1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Green bell pepper - chopped | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic - minced | 
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Tomatillos - peel & chop | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cumin | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Jalapenos - chopped | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | White vinegar | 
| 1/4 cup | 4g / 0.1oz | Cilantro leaves - chopped | 
Heat the stock in a large & heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
Saute onion, bell pepper & garlic until soft. Add tomatillos & cumin & Saute for 10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients & Saute a further 3 minutes.
Serve warm.
