Spicy Corn Relish Recipe - Cooking Index

| Equal amt. Frozen or canned. | ||
| 1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Celery - chopped |
| 1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salt |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Pimento - chopped coarse |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Green pepper - chopped coarse |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion - chopped med. |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Vinegar - (1 pt. Bottle) |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Celery seed |
Mix sugar, salt, celery seed and vinegar together.
Place in enameled, or Pyrex saucepan and boil with vegetables for 20 minutes.
Can and process in usual manner.
