Spicy Chicken Wings Recipe - Cooking Index

3/4 cup | 177ml | Ketchup |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Instant minced onion |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Worcestershire sauce |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Prepared yellow mustard |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | McCormick hotshot! Pepper blend |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
1. Line bottom and sides of 10" x 15" baking pan with aluminum foil. Place 2 pounds chicken wing drumettes in a single layer on foil. Bake in 375F oven 15 minutes.
2. Combine catsup, Minced Onion, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, Hot Shot!, Chili Powder, and Garlic Powder. Brush half sauce on wings and bake 15 minutes. Turn wings over; brush with remaining sauce. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
