Spiced Pecans

Recipe Ingredients

1/4 cup	49g / 1.7oz	Butter - melted
2 teaspoons	10ml	Soy sauce
1 teaspoon	5ml	Tabasco sauce
2 cups	292g / 10oz	Pecan halves

Recipe Instructions

Toss all ingredients together, add salt and pepper to taste. Bake in preheated oven on baking sheet at 300F for 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally during cooking time.

Nuts get quite brown but this is part of the flavour. I like to add more Tabasco then the recipe says.
