Spiced Melon Cocktail

Recipe Ingredients

1		Ripe honeydew melon - cut in
		Seeded
1 1/2 cups	355ml	Whipping cream
1 1/2 cups	355ml	Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons	10ml	Lemon juice
1 teaspoon	5ml	Paprika
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons	30ml	Tomato paste
8 oz	227g	White crabmeat - flaked
8		Radicchio leaves - (opt)
		Lemon and lime slices - (opt)
		Fresh mint leaves - (opt)

Recipe Instructions

Scoop melon in balls.

To make dressing, whip cream until soft peaks form. Mix in mayonnaise, lemon juice, paprika, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste.
