Soured Cream Clam Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Gorton's clams - drained | |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon juice | 
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Minced onion | 
| 1 cup | 237ml | Soured cream | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Celery salt | 
Gently fold clams into sour cream.
Add other ingredients and stir gently until blended.
Serve with chips.
