1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
Paprika - to taste |
Cut each potato lengthwise into 6 wedges the size and shape of dill pickle spears. Dry on a paper towel. In a large bowl, toss potato spears with olive oil until they are well coated.
Spread potatoes on a baking sheet, dust with paprika, and bake at 350F for 20 to 30 minutes, or until fork-tender.
