Snappy Cocktail Meatballs With Honey Mustard Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Lean ground beef |
| 1 | Brown gravy dry mix | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Prepared horseradish |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dried parsley flakes |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried basil |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly ground black pepper |
| Sauce | ||
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Dijon-style mustard |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Honey |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cayenne pepper |
In a large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients; mix well. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
Place in a shallow baking pan; bake at 375F for 10-15 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients.
To serve, arrange meatballs on a serving plate with sauce and toothpicks.
Makes about 30 meatballs.
