Smokey Brie Spread Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Bacon - fried crisp | |
4 1/2 oz | 127g | Brie cheese - room temp. |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese - softened |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Milk |
Place bacon in food processor or blender and process until finely chopped.
Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Yield: Approx. 1 1/2 cups
