2   Smoked trout
1/2 cup 118mlMayonnaise
1   Onion
2 tablespoons 30mlFresh cream
1 teaspoon 5mlPaprika

Recipe Instructions

Bone fish and remove skin. Place in food processor with the rest of the ingredients.

NOTES : Excellent on crackers.
