Smoked Salmon And Roasted Pepper Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Low fat cottage cheese |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Reduce fat cream cheese |
4 oz | 113g | Sliced smoked salmon - coarsely chopped |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Horseradish |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Red bell pepper roasted - peeled and seeded (large) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh chives - snipped |
Combine cottage cheese and cream cheese in food processor; process until smooth about 2 minutes. Add salmon, lemon juice, horseradish and salt.
Process until salmon is finely chopped, about 1 minute. Finely dice red bell pepper and add to salmon mixture with chives. Stir to combine.
