Bran Muffins (Lacto) Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Stoneground wholemeal sr | 
| Flour | ||
| 1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Non-fat youghurt - sugar | 
| Free | ||
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Unprocessed bran | 
| 1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Natural sultanas or raisins | 
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Skim milk powder | 
| 1 | Egg white or substitute | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Unsweetened apple or grape | 
| Juice | 
Preheat oven to 180C or 375F. Combine all ingredients until the mixture resembles cake consistency. Place spoonfulls into non-stick muffins tins (or use spray oil substitute).
Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until brown.
