Slightly Potted Cocktail Franks Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Cocktail frankfurters - cut |
| Half | ||
| Sauce | ||
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Bourbon |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Chili sauce |
| 1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Dark brown sugar |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dijon mustard |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Tomato preserves |
Combine sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes.
Add the frankfurters, cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Transfer to a chafing dish and have toothpicks nearby.
Makes 36 little franks.
