Shrimp-Cheese Strata Recipe - Cooking Index
| 8 oz | 227g | Cream cheese - softened |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Dairy sour cream |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Curry powder |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
| 4 1/4 oz | 120g | Tiny shrimp - rinsed and |
| 1 | Hard-cooked egg - chopped | |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Finely chopped green onions - (with tops) |
| Flatbread |
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, curry powder and salt.
Spread about 1/4 inch thick on 8-inch plate.
Top with shrimp and egg; sprinkle with green onions.
Serve with flatbread.
