Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe - Cooking Index
| 24 teaspoons | 120ml | Mushroom caps stems removed (large) |
| 1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Finely chopped cooked shrimp |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cracker crumbs |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced onion |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced parsley |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soft butter |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Minced tarragon |
| Salt | ||
| 1 | Egg (large) | |
| Buttered bread crumbs |
Mix the shrimp, cracker crumbs, onion, parsley, butter, tarragon, salt and egg together.
Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture, sprinkle with buttered crumbs and bake in a 350F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
