Shrimp Louis Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise | 
| 1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Finely chopped green bell pepper | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Prepared horseradish | 
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper | 
| 1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream | 
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Chili sauce | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt | 
| 2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Finely chopped cooked shrimp | 
Mix and stir all ingredients until well mixed.
Cover and chill.
Makes 3 cups.
