Recipe Ingredients

2 oz 56gButter
1   Garlic - finely chopped
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozChopped green onions
1 lb 454g / 16ozRaw medium-size shrimp - peeled and deveined
1 lb 454g / 16ozRaw bay scallops
1 lb 454g / 16ozWhite mushrooms - washed with lemon and water
1   Lemon - juice of
4 oz 113gDry vermouth
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlDill weed
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlCayenne pepper
1 1/2 oz 42gBrandy

Recipe Instructions

Melt butter in large skillet; add garlic, scallions, shrimp and scallops; sautee for 3 minutes.

Add mushrooms and sautee for 2 minutes. Add lemon juice, vermouth and spices.

Simmer for 5 minutes; add brandy and serve with French bread.
