2 oz | 56g | Butter |
1 | Garlic - finely chopped | |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped green onions |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Raw medium-size shrimp - peeled and deveined |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Raw bay scallops |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | White mushrooms - washed with lemon and water |
1 | Lemon - juice of | |
4 oz | 113g | Dry vermouth |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dill weed |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cayenne pepper |
1 1/2 oz | 42g | Brandy |
Melt butter in large skillet; add garlic, scallions, shrimp and scallops; sautee for 3 minutes.
Add mushrooms and sautee for 2 minutes. Add lemon juice, vermouth and spices.
Simmer for 5 minutes; add brandy and serve with French bread.
