Shrimp And Crab Dip (Low Fat) Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Tiny shrimp | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dill pickle juice |
1 cup | 237ml | Water |
8 | Imitation crab sticks - sliced in 1/4" strip | |
6 | Green onions - chopped | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced garlic |
1 cup | 237ml | Fat-free plain yogurt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dill pickle juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dijon mustard |
2 | Fat-free cream cheese - softened |
In a small bowl, soak shrimp in pickle juice and water for 10 minutes.
Drain and squeeze out excess juice with paper towels.
In a large bowl, mix shrimp with remaining ingredients with an electric mixer until creamy.
Chill at least 2 hours before serving (if time allows, chill overnight). Serve with fat-free crackers.
Makes about 32 ounces.
