Shrimp And Crab Dip (Low Fat)

Recipe Ingredients

1   Tiny shrimp
1 tablespoon 15mlDill pickle juice
1 cup 237mlWater
8   Imitation crab sticks - sliced in 1/4" strip
6   Green onions - chopped
1 tablespoon 15mlMinced garlic
1 cup 237mlFat-free plain yogurt
1 tablespoon 15mlDill pickle juice
1 tablespoon 15mlDijon mustard
2   Fat-free cream cheese - softened

Recipe Instructions

In a small bowl, soak shrimp in pickle juice and water for 10 minutes.

Drain and squeeze out excess juice with paper towels.

In a large bowl, mix shrimp with remaining ingredients with an electric mixer until creamy.

Chill at least 2 hours before serving (if time allows, chill overnight). Serve with fat-free crackers.

Makes about 32 ounces.
