1   Herring boned and skinned - cut into 1" diagonal
1/3 cup 78mlRed wine vinegar
1/2 cup 118mlOlive oil
2 teaspoons 10mlSugar
2 teaspoons 10mlDried dill chopped - or -
2 tablespoons 30mlDill fresh and chopped fine

Recipe Instructions

Mix everything except the fish together.

Place fish in deep dish and pour the mixture over it.

Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
