Seafood Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Crabmeat - ,imitation, shredded | 
| 1/2 | Celery - , chopped | |
| 1 | Green onion - , chopped | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Old bay seasoning | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder | 
| 1 cup | 237ml | Light mayonnaise - (lite or fat free) | 
Blend all ingredients.
Serve on a bed of lettuce, garnished with lemon wedges.
Also good served with crackers.
