Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozCrabmeat - ,imitation, shredded
1/2   Celery - , chopped
1   Green onion - , chopped
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlOld bay seasoning
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlGarlic powder
1 cup 237mlLight mayonnaise - (lite or fat free)

Recipe Instructions

Blend all ingredients.

Serve on a bed of lettuce, garnished with lemon wedges.

Also good served with crackers.
