Seafood Appetizer

Recipe Ingredients

6 oz 170gSole fillet
12 oz 340gSea scallops (large)
8   Jumbo shrimp
1/2 cup 118mlWhite wine
2 tablespoons 30mlSeasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons 30mlFresh parsley - chopped
2 tablespoons 30mlButter

Recipe Instructions

Cut sole into four slices and place a slice in each of four buttered scallop shells.

Arrange shrimp and scallops around sole, pour wine over fish.

Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and chopped parsley, and dot with butter.

Bake 400F for 15 minutes or until fish is flaky.
