Sausage Won Ton Mini-Muffins Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Italian sausage links |
1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Monterey jack cheese - shredded |
1 1/2 cups | 139g / 4.9oz | Red peppers - minced |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Black olives - sliced |
1 cup | 237ml | Ranch salad dressing - bottled |
1 | Won-ton wrappers |
* Use mild or a combination of mild and hot Italian sausage.
Brown sausage until very done and drain thoroughly. Combine with remaining ingredients except won ton wrappers. Grease mini-muffin tins and place won ton wrappers inside, pressing with fingers to form the shape of muffin cups. Brush wrappers lightly with oil, using sesame and vegetable oil combined if desired.
Bake wrappers in preheated 350-degree oven for 5 minutes. Fill the muffin cups with sausage mixture and bake 5-6 minutes longer until cheese is melted.
