Sausage Balls - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Bulk sausage - (hot or mild) |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Sharp cheddar cheese grated |
3 cups | 711ml | Bisquick |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Water |
Combine all ingredients and shape into balls the size of walnuts.
Bake on cookie sheet at 350F for 15 minutes.
Makes about 5 dozen.
NOTE: defrost and reheat at 350F.
