Salmon-Spinach Party Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
| 7 1/2 oz | 213g | Canned Alaska salmon | 
| 10 oz | 284g | Frozen chopped spinach - thawed, thoroughly drained | 
| 1 cup | 237ml | Plain nonfat yogurt | 
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Light mayonnaise | 
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped parsley | 
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped green onions | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried basil | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dill weed | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Grated lemon peel | 
| Assorted raw vegetables | ||
| Crackers | 
Drain and flake salmon. Combine flaked salmon with remaining ingredients, except vegetables and crackers. Chill several hours to blend flavors. Serve dip with vegetables and crackers.
Makes 16 servings, about 4 cups.
