Salmon-Cheese Spread Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Onion powder |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Cayenne |
1 | Red salmon - drained, bones removed | |
1 | Cream cheese - softened | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Prepared horseradish |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
1 1/4 teaspoons | 6.3ml | McCormick Bon Appetit seasoning |
Assorted crackers |
1. Place cream cheese, horseradish, lemon juice, Bon Appetit, onion powder, and red pepper in medium-size bowl and stir well to combine.
2. Add salmon to cream cheese mixture and work salmon into mixture gently with fork.
3. Spoon into serving dish, cover, and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
4. Serve with assorted crackers.
