Salmon Stuffed Tomatoes Recipe - Cooking Index
| 20 tablespoons | 300ml | Cherry tomatoes (medium) |
| 1/4 lb | 113g / 4oz | Smoked salmon - flaked |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Finely chopped green onions |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | White pepper |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh lime juice |
| 1 | Hot pepper sauce |
1. Cut thin slice from bottom of each tomato; scoop out seeds and pulp, leaving edges intact.
2. In small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon filling into tomatoes, mounding slightly. Refrigerate until serving time.
Makes 20 appetizers.
