Salmon Spread Supreme Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Smoked salmon |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Onion - minced |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Celery - finely chopped |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Mustard |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sweet pickle - finely chopped |
1 1/4 cups | 296ml | Mayonnaise |
1 | Worcestershire | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Parsley - chopped |
Remove skin and bones from fish and flake well.
Mix all ingredients together and chill one hour before serving.
