Salmon Spread Supreme

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozSmoked salmon
2 teaspoons 10mlOnion - minced
1   Garlic - minced
2 teaspoons 10mlCelery - finely chopped
1 tablespoon 15mlMustard
2 tablespoons 30mlSweet pickle - finely chopped
1 1/4 cups 296mlMayonnaise
1   Worcestershire
2 tablespoons 30mlParsley - chopped

Recipe Instructions

Remove skin and bones from fish and flake well.

Mix all ingredients together and chill one hour before serving.
