Salmon Spread Deluxe Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Canned salmon |
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Green pepper - , diced |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Pimiento - , diced |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Tarragon vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Prepared horseradish |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried dill weed - chopped |
Drain and flake salmon. Remove any large bones.
Put mayonnaise, pepper and pimento into blender container. Blend on low speed until smooth. Turn into bowl with rest of ingredients.
Mix well. Chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
Serve with brown bread, sourdough rounds or crackers.
