Salmon Ball Recipe - Cooking Index
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - finely chopped |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Prepared horseradish |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt - or to taste |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1 | Cream cheese - softened | |
16 oz | 454g | Canned salmon - drained and flaked |
Chopped parsley | ||
Chopped nuts - optional |
Combine all ingredients except parsley (or nuts) and mix well. Add salmon and gently mix to distribute evenly. Roll in parsley or nuts.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
