Salmon Asparagus Pate Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Light cream cheese - softened |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Light mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
1 | Knorr asparagus soup mix | |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
2 | Green onions - finely chopped | |
1 | Salmon-213 gr. - drained and flaked | |
1 | Hot pepper sauce |
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice until smooth.
Stir in soup mix and mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill at least 1 hour.
Serve with crackers.
