3 | Hard boiled eggs | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Mustard |
1 | Sour cream | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Fresh parsley |
Grate eggs and gently combine with remaining ingredients.
Chill and serve as dip for Cauliflower.
