Recipe Ingredients

1		Cauliflower - cut up/blanched
3		Hard boiled eggs
2 teaspoons	10ml	Mustard
1		Sour cream
1/4 cup	59ml	Olive oil
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Salt
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Pepper
2 teaspoons	10ml	Fresh parsley

Recipe Instructions

Grate eggs and gently combine with remaining ingredients.

Chill and serve as dip for Cauliflower.
