Rotel Dip

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozHamburger meat
1 lb 454g / 16ozSausage
1 lb 454g / 16ozOnion - finely chopped (large)
1 lb 454g / 16ozJalapeno cheese
1 lb 454g / 16ozVelveeta cheese
1   Ro-tel tomatoes
1   Cream of chicken soup

Recipe Instructions

Brown hamburger meat and sausage together; set aside. Saute onions, set aside.

Melt the jalapeno cheese and Velveeta cheese; add RoTel tomatoes and soup. Add hamburger meat, sausage and sauteed onion; heat until bubbly.
