Rosemary Almonds Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 186g / 6.6oz | Almonds - whole, blanched |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Butter or margarine - - melted |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Cayenne |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Rosemary leaves - crushed |
Preheat oven to 350F (moderate).
Mix all ingredients in a shallow pan.
Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
Drain on absorbent paper; cool.
