Roquefort And Cream Cheese Chicken Spread Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 1/4 oz | 35g | Roquefort cheese |
| 1 | Cream cheese - softened | |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Sour cream |
| 1 | Cayenne | |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
| 3 | Tabasco sauce, or more to taste | |
| 1 | Boned chicken - finely chopped |
Mix the cheeses, sour cream and seasonings together until thoroughly blended.
Add the finely chopped chicken. Serve on crackers.
Makes about 1 cup.
