Romaine With Avocado, Radish and Orange Recipe - Cooking Index
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Lime juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Orange marmalade |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Avocado oil |

Combine lime juice, marmalade, oil, salt and pepper in a blender and process until creamy. With the machine running, slowly add the water and process until creamy. Set aside.
Line a shallow bowl with lettuce. Alternate circles of radish and orange slices over the top. Cover and refrigerate.
At serving time, peel, pit and cut avocado into 1/2" dice. Add to the top of the salad and drizzle with dressing. Serve immediately, as is or tossed.
