Roast Quartered Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index

Salt - pepper, paprika |
Season each quarter well and place in roasting pan over diced onions and garlic. Add about 1/2 cup of water and cover.
Roast at 350F. until almost tender. Remove cover, lower heat to 325F and bake uncovered, turning once until each piece is golden brown.
