8 oz | 227g | Ricotta cheese |
2 | Garlic - minced | |
4 | Leaves fresh basil - torn | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh thyme |
2 | Tabasco sauce |
Combine all ingredients together in a small food processor. Combine until smooth and well mixed. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Notes: use as a dip for raw veggies, on crackers as a bagel spread or even tossed with a bit of pasta and heated ! This is low cal and make a great change to regular light cream cheese.
