| 4 cups | 948ml | Catsup |
| 2 cups | 474ml | Water |
| 1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Brown sugar |
| 6 tablespoons | 90ml | Onion powder |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Vinegar - cider |
| 4 teaspoons | 20ml | Seasoned salt |
| 3 teaspoons | 15ml | Chili powder 'hot' |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic powder |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Black pepper - ground |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Red pepper sauce |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground red peppers |
Mix all ingredients except brown sugar.
Simmer until desired thickness (about 30 minutes).
Add sugar, stir until smooth mixture.
