2 | Refrigerated crescent dinner rolls | |
1 | Corned beef - chopped | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Drained sauerkraut - squeezed dry and, chopped |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Thousand island salad dressing |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Finely shredded Swiss cheese |
Preheat oven to 475F.
Unroll crescent dough; separate into 8 rectangles. Press perforations together to seal. Spread about 1 1/2 teaspoons Thousand Island dressing evenly onto each rectangle; top with corned beef, sauerkraut and cheese.
Starting at the shortest side, roll up each rectangle, jelly-roll fashion; press seams together to seal. Cut each roll into 4 1-inch thick slices. Place, cut side down, on a baking stone or cookie sheet.
Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm with additional Thousand Island dressing if desired.
