Blueberry Cobbler Recipe - Cooking Index
2/3 cup | 41g / 1.4oz | Flour |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Baking powder |
2/3 cup | 157ml | Skim milk |
2 cups | 474ml | Blueberries |
Cooking spray |
Combine Dry Ingredients in a bowl. Add milk and whisk until smooth. Lightly spray a casserole disk with cooking spray. Pour in batter and sprinkle blueberries on top.
Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
