Raisin Cream Cheese Spread Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Cream cheese - at room temperature | |
1/3 cup | 53g / 1.9oz | Raisins or currants |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground ginger |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chutney - chopped |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Medium dry sherry |
Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then work in the raisins, ginger, salt and chutney.
Add the sherry, one tablespoon at a time, until the mixture is of spreading consistency.
