Provoleta Al Oreganato Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Provolone cheese - in one thick round slice |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dried oregano - crumbled |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
Sourdough bread slices |
Preheat broiler. Set cheese in small, round baking dish.
Sprinkle with oregano and garlic.
Drizzle with oil.
Broil until cheese melts, about 8 minutes.
Serve immediately with bread.
