Pot Cheese Recipe - Cooking Index
| 8 oz | 227g | Cottage cheese |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped green - yellow and red bell peppers |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Paprika |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground cumin |
| 1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Chopped green onions |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Sour cream |
| Salt and pepper - to taste |
Combine all ingredients and use as a spread for crackers, or a dip for vegetables.
