1 cup | 237ml | Chicken broth |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dried basil |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Thyme |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Oregano leaves |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cornstarch |
1 cup | 237ml | Quartered fresh mushrooms |
1 | Louis Kemp lobster delights - chunks (8 oz) | |
3 cups | 330g / 11oz | Fresh vegetables - (broccoli, cauliflower flowerets, carrot, etc. |
1 | Frozen mixed vegetables - thawed (16 oz) | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lime juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Margarine |
Combine first six ingredients in saucepan.
Cook and stir on medium heat until mixture thickens and boils.
Add mushrooms, Lobster Delights and vegetables. Cover; reduce heat.
Simmer about 10 minutes or until tender-crisp, stirring once. Stir in lime juice and margarine.
