Pineapple Fruit Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
1 | Egg - beaten | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | All-purpose flour |
1 cup | 237ml | Pineapple juice |
1 | Cool whip lite or regular, thawed |
In a medium saucepan cook sugar, egg, flour, and juice over medium heat until thick and it begins to boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Fold in Cool Whip and chill for several hours.
Serve with fruit for dipping.
